Informational Use

Better Projections is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Fantasy sports projections are estimates, not guarantees, and actual player performance may differ materially from any projection, ranking, auction value, Dynasty value, or trade analysis.

Information on the site may contain errors or become outdated. You remain responsible for your own fantasy football decisions.

No Warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. Better Projections does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of the site or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Projections will not be liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on projections, rankings, auction values, Dynasty values, trade analysis, site errors, interruptions, or your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property and Personal Use

Better Projections' proprietary rankings, projections, presentation, site content, analysis, and design are owned by Better Projections or its licensors to the extent protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the site for personal fantasy football research and league decisions.

You may not perform unauthorized bulk scraping, systematic automated extraction, copying, republication, redistribution, resale, or creation of competing databases or datasets from Better Projections content. This restriction is not intended to prohibit normal search-engine indexing or crawling.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the site's operation or security, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Player names, team names, league names, statistics, and trademarks may belong to their respective owners. Better Projections does not claim ownership of underlying third-party facts, names, marks, or intellectual property.

Better Projections is an independent fantasy football analytics site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any NFL team.

Third-Party Services and Site Changes

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Better Projections may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
